go climb mountain and see . it works seriously !!! few friend of mine wanted to lose weight, so they went for climbing.... indeed its really suffering.

nop.. they went for titiwangsa mountains range 14 Peaks (all the mountains in that Area). 8 days 7 nights.. with me. lol..... I can see they started to look macho on the last day as compared to first day where they look big with their body size.
