Around 10-12km/l should be the norm for both 1.3 and 1.6, after the first 5,000km.

When your car is new, the FC will be higher, then it will gradually improve and stabilize over 10,000 km.

Frankly, I've tested quite a number of CVT 1.3 compare to a few SE 1.6, there isn't much different in power output between them as mostly I've been driven them within town area. However, I do believe 1.6 will have more advantage on high way sprint(CC bigger, you say leh). My personal opinion is, I don't quite like the leather seats due to my own preference, but I like the hotness of white SE.
