Myvi pickup = best
top speed Myvi = best
best not mean driving fast & relax

drive kancil 850/kelisa 1.0 also best in pickup...
kancil also can reach 140... but drive fast with this machine can stress your head, give u heart attack...

drive 140km/j with Saga? yes, drive with right hand on steereng, left and relax at arm rest or other strategic place at your left... thumbup.gif

SMALL COMPONENT, MAJOR REPAIR. It is told by proton mechanic necessary to remove your engine from car chasis and open out your engine to change it. Already done to 1 preve. But mine 1 not yet do....Do yours?

My previous mitsubishi car, the knock sensor was outside the engine, it is much easy to change compare to camp** engine.

car air condition is very expensive to repair when it damaged

last time, my old kancil air cond compressor damaged.
recond compressor + new drier = rm300 ++
workmanship (install new compressor+chemical clean evaporator+refill gas) = rm100

total rm400 with recon compressor, but if but new compressor, will cost rm1k+++

that price is for kancil... small compressor, not like our saga with giant compressor... biggrin.gif

I have written to PROTON After Sales for clarification to their service centres concerning service intervals as per PROTON Service Manual.

Below is the message sent to PROTON After Sales and I am now waiting for their response.

Please clarify to all your service centres that the normal service intervals is not at every 5 k km or 3 months but every 10 k km or 6 months regardless whether semi syn or syn oil is used as long as the oil used is API Service Classification SL or above.

Also please inform your service advisors that the 5 k km or 3 months service interval is only for vehicles operating under severe service condition for example such as taxis or used for towing heavy loads.

Your service booklet explains and states all this clearly with no confusion yet your service advisors appear to have no knowledge of the service requirements.

Proof of communication ( copy of communication) to your service centres on the subject is greatly appreciated

This request is being monitored in Auto world forum for response.
