Actually even with TAA it don't appear blurry to me at least, I do enable AMD Sharpening in driver.
i5 2500k, rx580 8gb, 1080p medium 40-45fps ish. OK LAH~
actually, I can't see that much of a differences in general between medium & ultra aside from more/detailed shadow & stronger SSAO.
took screenshots of both settings in 1440p and flip through it, really... isn't that much different. 'Low' is very significant different though.
the scripted story contents are great with many interesting futuristic ideas, the city looks beautiful & truly next-gen looking.
but if want to pretend this is Need for Speed... the driving feel really falls apart.
as many others already said the world & npc interaction also sub par.
combat... I really don't like the bullet spongy-ness of enemy. I even play on easy difficulty, still feels very spongy.
I dunno, maybe it just a problem of weapon at early game simply sucks - because the pistol used by Jonny Silverhand FEELS REALLY REALLY GOOD.
Aside from that, the 'hack TV to distract enemy' is too predictable and it feels kinda dumb...
