The employers will give such comments almost all the times about its employees and in many cases they are right but in these case I am not sure. I was reading a post few days back where it was mentioned that the developers are working up to 100 hours a week to get to the game perfectly ready to release on 10 december for all the platforms. Sitting in front of a computer screen for 100 hours a week itself isn't easy, forget the complications with such large game.
