Ive done this most of the time but in my case is because i want to see if i enjoy the game or not.
You know la impulse buying. That feeling where you want to purchase it so much as if you gonna stay all night playing it but after testing out jack sparrow ver after 1h close already.
When that happen i didn't buy the game.

Age issue + burnout maybe.

Cyberpunk already PO since last year. fingers crossed la if im gonna enjoy it or not.

ok, playing around with graphic just now and seems like my old 1080ti can only handle this on high at 1440p .
ultra is playable but with a little dip on certain area
saw this coming anyway.
still playable so that's enough

on the game itself... hmmi don't know...
customization wise kinda lacking.
i was expecting kinda like skyrim or even dark soul level of character customization but alas it's pretty limited.
unless im missing something but you can't change you body type,your height etc,only your face mostly.
then came the first person camera. I thought it will have 3rd person camera like witcher but
we have a first person camera. i guess since shooting is involved but GTA and fallout comes to mind.

oh well, not a big deal. just highlighting something.
i'll probably steam roll through everything this weekend

custom reso need to add from nvidia control panel itself. you add from there.
after you add there then it will appear in any game you played.
did this last time to play FO4 in widescreen

After playing this for a while, i can safely say that this game is more like Story driven RPG and not really open world/sandbox type.

The world is big sure but it's more like a props for the story. Most npc just walk back and forth with no activities with an exception of those npc at stores/stall and some minor npc doing random things.

If people jump in the game with an expectation that this gonna be like GTA/RDR, they gonna be dissappointed.
At best it's closer to Sleeping dogs i think.

TLDR: Story driven RPG with big map and dead npc

Don't get me wrong, i truly enjoyed the game.
And people could also enjoy the game if they didn't have an expectation like i mentioned above.

Also, found some tips on Reddit that may or may not improve your FPS.
It seems that the game use the minimum allocated amount of RAM and VRAM.
So people started to change it and it improve their fps,result may vary.

Yep immersiveness is out of the picture.
Cyberpunk was not made with sandbox/open world in mind.
The big world serve no other purpose besides for the story.
Take out the story and you clearly cant do anything which is why you can't compare this to GTA and RDR.

In those game, the world have lore,secrets,random activities. You can fish,play golf, or other sort of activities ,encounter weird things etc etc.

So far no other game can beat RDR open world yet atleast for me, sheer amount of randomness in that world is absurd.

lol same with me, still on 1080ti and i almost grab 3080 just to see whats the hype about rtx on this game but small vram is a downer.
But walao so fast finish main quest? I mean i know the main quest is short from words around but you didn't do side quest and all?
I mainly switch back and forth between main and side quest and clearing all those small2 quest around the map. Weekdays i totally can't play. last weekend already steamed roll through about 60/50% main quest. This weekend gao dim already confirm finish

don't bother much la. you can't even see your character 99% of the time unless you try taking screenshot or you stand in front of mirror.
plus in my case with clothing like mask and hat. cant even see face either. Body type,height can't change.
My character looks like Artyom from metro,with that russian hat and gas mask lul XD

probably gonna complete the game this weekend and wrap up anything. Alexios is waiting for me . .

On another note probably come back to this game again once more content/dlc added and more optimized and after rtx 3080ti come out

widescreen monitor or you take 3 different view/screenshot in first person (left,center,right)
and then you stitch them automatically using photo stitching software. (Autostitch for example).
if want to look better, take 9 view = top left, top middle,top right and the same for middle and bottom.

welp,done with everything with all achievement.
can move to other game d .
Clearing cops assault is troublesome and some wont show until you move further at the end chapter of the story.

while you straight jump out from the basilisk with your chlong open for the world to see.
You just had sex.obviously you would be naked lul. I did the same mistake too
