A 42-storey tower and shop-offices development right in the heart of SS2. Next to SStwo Mall, Ameera Residences and the awe-inspiring Five Stones. Walking distance to Tropicana City Mall and the upcoming KIDEX Expressway's Damansara interchange. Also near to Section 13 upcoming boomtown.

Setting the benchmark for the work environment of the future

BROADBAND, wi-fi, cloud computing, smartphones and tablets, Skype, LinkedIn and Facebook – they have all come together to truly and irreversibly altered our work culture.

No longer are we confined or constrained by space and time. We can work together and simultaneously, whether we are sitting next to each other or on opposite sides of the globe.

The Hub @ SS2 has been conceived to meet the demands of this new work culture, where strict work hours no longer apply, and where the line between work and play is blurred.

The public spaces such as the promenade, sheltered courtyards, signature water features and open air plazas are designed to foster collaboration.

Each of the 13 low-rise four-storey shop offices, as well as the 275 SOVOs (small office, versatile office) set in the 42-storey tower, serve marvellously as working spaces. When there is work to be done, this is where it happens.

For those who have the privilege of owning a unit at the SOVO, there is no better place for quiet contemplation than its swimming pool, on the rooftop of this high-rise or the gym, which is just one floor below.

With the SOVOs doubling up as one or two-room suites, this hub of activity quite logically becomes an extension of the work-life space.

For the next generation of work environment that inspires creativity while fostering work-life balance, The Hub @ SS2 certainly sets the benchmark.

Can't find info in the the upcoming developments of Sdb's website.

Any idea what is the final configuration of the Hub?

Is it still 42 storeys to be built at the site of the new show unit? tq

WOTP is not sovo. Its depend on which factor to compare both but in view of investment point, both are conparable since both develop by same dev, SDB.

Definitely, I see The Hub is much potential compare to WOTP although both pricing are so high but Ameera and 5Stones really are proven profit investment when they sold it at high price back then.

Is the price worth it? There is a lot of debate on whether SOVO can be used for residential purposes and so far don't seem to have a conclusive answer.

Too expensive for me.

I still never heard any SOVO can be used as residential, untested, which I don't think so. If any developer promised the SOVO can be used as residential, they should have apply it under HDA upon the project launching and show the approval to the doubtful buyers, or else, they shouldn't over promise to get sales.

Developer side has mentioned many times that SOVO is Office Suites and is purely for commercial usage only.

But yet Malaysians insist it can be homes by putting beds.

Mentality is like that here, whereas in overseas, these office management will fine you heavily and impose habitation hours only.

That was one of the biggest maintenance fee issues.

I doubt SOVO would be a hot demand in near future.

If 365 days ago yes, if now, I think rules and regulation had been changed btw HDA to BNM to all BANKS.
