no problem with DirectD either, willing to reply query via Whatsapp, staff entertained us nicely, except that the staff might want to consider practicing their screen protector installation skill, bought two phones, one phone had to install twice (first one got ruined I guess) and second phone's screen protector not aligned properly, ended up having air bubble at the edges and collecting dust underneath
though I did see some customers came in to ask for iPhone, but the staff did not have time to entertain as he was entertaining another customer and just gave brief answers, ended up the customers just left without saying a word.
