Checked with the application, it failed, so it is still protected.
I think ExynosAbuse show exploitable due I am restoring from Titanium backup, which restore the config also
So, for those who want to keep counter 0 (status will always be modified if you root, sooner or later), can try this approach

Install 4.1.1 roms, Root using ExynosAbuse, then Update using Mobile Odin Pro to 4.1.2, it keeps counter intact.

@tot31, I think that is a technical limitation of the current gen tech for wireless charging. Either they need more efficient conductors (superconductor?) or an improved induction circuit, but they need to do this without frying your phone or your muscles.

Xperia Z or ZL .. battery only around 2370mAh... with this stamina mode turn on i think still cant beat Note 2 battery if note 2 .. .Sony's stamina mode is gimmick... haha.. NOte 2 also can use Juice defender to prolong the battery life also…

purposely do that.... to make us Note 2 user drooling haha the design slim and sleek can flip like that 

If want to keep counter 0, use mobile odin pro, but if not mistaken, generally CF-Auto-Root works
Or if you have a linux desktop, try manual root

Bro, i just flashed 4.1.2 malaysia rom like ur method using mobile odin pro and previously rooted using exynos abuse, as u mentioned my phone status also normal,emmm what others mean exynos abuse x bleh pkai on 4.1.2?

I notice 1 thing after upgrade to 4.1.2... battery life not as good as previous 4.1.1...

Yes, I still manage to get more than 1 day... but previouly I can easily reach 2 day usage(average 3-4hrs SOT) with a single charge... now need to get use to the new battery life...

Now I only notice I can arrange the sequence & which shortcut to show in Notification Panel... is it a new feature in 4.1.2 update?

I rather link it to a computer box bro . Engine as the component of the car or in our case , the firmware. Computer box is the brain behind or kernel . Both cases cant function if u dont have a computer box or kernel . Different kernel gives different performance , battery saving ( not vey obvious on Note2 except for a few ROMs ) which is what we get if u tune our computer box .

I'm using it on 4.1.1.

PS: I read M9 can't work on 4.2, which is why I wanted to confirm 4.1.2 working or not. Anyway thanks

Haha ok, "computer box" ie the Engine Control Unit (ECU) as the proper term rite?

Me prefer to use a car as an example..much easier to understand.
Phone = car
Firmware/rom = engine
Kernel = ignition
Root = car key
