seems like 4.1.2 consumes slightly more battery compared to 4.1.1,
but it is acceptable for me

Any idea how to get the task switcher (holding home button) or ram manager into swipepad?

I like this casing : http://www.caserich.com/en/galaxy-note-2-n...istand-pro.html

anyone knows if this website is trust-able? I can't even find this product in Momax official website, they only have it for S3.

Off topic:

BTW, sorry to hear that the guy above lost his honda civic... Just want to share some stories:

1 Year+ ago, same thing happened to my brothers car,he was alone when some car jackers driving a Honda CRV bang my brothers car boot and robbed him, fortunately no parang involved and he only suffered 1 punch.

When we were reporting to police, we overheard the police radio mentioned that another civic stolen somewhere at damansara. 2nd day i went to office, my colleague also mentioned that his friends civic was stolen (kl area).

About 5-6 years ago, my friends civic was also car-jacked by a syndicate, he was with his GF that time and the car-jackers robbed him with Parang. I remembered my friend saying the car-jackers were some normal looking chinese people that do not look suspicious at all. Lucky they did not kidnap his GF nor anyone was harmed.

Looks like civic 8th gen is still a hot target from back then till now for car-jackers. Very good 2nd hand value car.

What do you mean by stand-alone app?
Something like you can disable and enable whenever you want?

Like make this function into a homescreen icon instead of the need to hold down home button.

I want to bind it swipepad

Swipepad got paid addon to show recent task.

Purchased it, but not what i expect...

was hoping that it can bring me directly to that screen (holding home button) where i can clear recent apps and enter the free ram menu

i can smell someone might come and tell u to forget about those recent apps and ram as note 2 got 2gb ram which is plenty and it is meant to be used

well, i read in XDA developers and i saw people saying so too.

But recently something happened to my phone, perhaps a bug,

suddenly my phone video has no sound, i up the volume key but the volume keep displaying as "0"

i cleared the recent apps and free the memory and everything came back to normal.

This happened to my friend as well, but it was normal audio for him.

So i'm wondering, why do the even allow these functions as stock since many people dont advise to do so??

Or if you just want to get to the task manager, use this
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?...te2.taskmanager

Hmm, almost what i needed, but i prefer to have the function similar like holding the home button instead of task manager.

Guess i'll just stick with holding the home button

Thanks anyway

damn... i heard the hissing sound from my charger this morning 5am.

How do i claim the warranty? If not mistaken, my phone purchased from maxis has not been registered E-warranty yet

Do i just show the receipt and claim for a new charger?

i only hear hissing sound when i plug in the cable to my phone and only when my batt is at 95% while charging. in between no hissing sound.

doesnt really bothers me anyway.

myb u can go to maxis and get it replaced.
*
Actually, i dont really care also as the hissing sound doesnt really occur, im only worried if it the hissing sound will cause the charger to burn or will damage my phone
