Now I love my Galaxy Note 2 to bits but I'll be honest ... I'm tempted by the new Sony Xperia Z.

Have some videos to look at while you pretend to work:

Got la..
http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2586813/all

Bought one of those and it works perfect, just the charging rate is 1A not 2A since it is the current drawbacks with ANY wireless charging.
*
does the original back cover still fits properly?

QUOTE(joytest @ Jan 9 2013, 02:20 PM)
Nice, but if you have to slap on another backcover, this is going to screw with the current case market. 1A or 2A, Energizer = MAHALNYA

@tot31, I think that is a technical limitation of the current gen tech for wireless charging. Either they need more efficient conductors (superconductor?) or an improved induction circuit, but they need to do this without frying your phone or your muscles.
*
That's definitely expensive..

QUOTE(tot31 @ Jan 9 2013, 02:32 PM)
seriously I'm sold to that.... sweat.gif

Samsung needs to buck up on their exterior design

Also having problem...

""Access to the software update service is provided to users in the order in which they request it. ""
*
That is not a problem. It's just a queue.

Queue? Didn't know there was queue... So I've submitted my request and I could just sit back and relax and wait for it to auto update?

You can also connect to your Kies and update from there.
And if you're familiar, download the ROM and flash via PC Odin - fastest

suddenly lots of discussion on battery usage again.. hmm.gif
Sometimes a reboot will resolve most of the problem. That's cos some apps that you previous used are causing the fuss..

4.1.2 does consume battery more than 4.1.1. I have rebooted a few times and the battery consumption is not as good as 4.1.1 but still acceptable for me can last more than a day. I got 69% left with 2hrs 15m SOT with total 17hrs of battery before I recharged again.
*
Not so sure about that. I'm still on 4.1.1. Have yet the time to flash to 4.1.2.
hmm.gif will update once I flash to 4.1.2 and monitor on the battery consumption.
But nevertheless, GNote 2 battery is by far the best in smartphone industries to date.
