guys need some feedback about swap memory..some1 told me that it is not recommended to swap memory bcos it will damage memory card..is it true??

guys im just using TWRP recovery and want to do nandroid backup so may i know what is Recovery (8mb) and Cache (34mb) is??and is it hav to tick or we can leave it by default (untick)
