if you know where he works, go and find him la.... tell his boss, bring proves that he is telling you the products from the boss company.
His boss surely wont let this case goes by so easily and will solved it on behalf of this so called "conman" in order to keep company's reputation.
Or the last resort is find where he lived or work, den chopped him down. no kidding, if someone conned me, i will do that.
