The pricing trend at Aston Kiara 3 is due to unique internal factors.
A knowledgeable Agent/Negotiator would be able to explain those factors to you if you ask them.
Pricing at Aston Kiara has nothing to do with the oversupply in Mont Kiara because there's no oversupply in Mont Kiara. And nothing to do with expats leaving, because the rental range here is RM2.5k-Rm3k and majority tenants are actually Malaysians.
I'm one of the lucky ones who managed to get a very cheap unit via Auction a few years back =)
What internal factors? Just curious? To me it is not doing well is more external factor like it is at the undesirable of MK in the indon village. Close proximity to the mosque just make it worst. And the hideous road condition too.A knowledgeable Agent/Negotiator would be able to explain those factors to you if you ask them.
