well, their yield are different. 1st one 4%, 2nd one 4.58%.

I agree with gark, i'd prefer to invest in REITs for this low yield.
This is strange too since market actually valued bond at lower yield than REITs, about 1.5% lower. Then why we here all prefer the higher one?
