yes. so call GBI "gold". But, we dunno what developer applied on this building still now. even can't source it from their website. I did really ask the sales person, but sorry to say them are just sales guys/ gals not really know about GBI. Just ask u refer website. Sincere advice, GBI is not the factor who make ur mind to bought a unit there or else u will regret.

Actually, buy facing lake view unit not absolutely a right choice. Cause there are some "rubbish" smell from lake to everywhere. Hopefully not affect those stay at high level. I know it well cause I stay nearby (laman rimbunan).

For me, traffic is not an issue. Nowaday, KL jam everywhere. Kepong still consider good if compare with cheras. Actually, access way to main road not only two way (HSBC road / side of big aeon), u can go to main road through laman rimbunan area or pass through jinjang to main road (use it during school holiday). There are so many small road to kepong main road.

Just couples of my opinions.

kepong very jam and security there quite bad, not lot of kepong residences already move to sungai buloh

left less than 20 units from last weekend. Most of the left units are terrace type or facing west or highest floor level. If you don't mind can go to showroom for visit.

Malaysia is not a safe country.. Do u think SG buloh is safe?

Ya,i totally agree,even a guarded area like Sierreramas and Valencia also have few cases of Break-in remain unsolved;
what I can say, we must be stay alert and careful no wonder where we are.

Anyone here alrd get their copy of S&P???
coz I signed in May.....until now no any news update from them
But I have seen them chopped off the trees and start to work on the land(right hand side), the left side still not done yet;
thus I not so worry about the SPA, at least they alrd commence the work.

signed S&P and loan offer letter last month and opened bank account for hosing loan, now also waiting reply from lawyer.
maybe quiet amount of S&P to process? Since this project so high demand and sold out like hot cakes.

most of the bank offer same rate blr -2.45. just sign the bank offer letter. s&p not yet. waiting loan agreement then sign together, since same lawyer firm. should ask for legal fee discount.

S&P is out. But now I believe buyers have some unsatisfied with the extension of 6 month construction period at this point. As like everything is agreed and done then now suddenly ask for 6 month extension due to have more time for the garden part. The 6 month extension had approved and already have permit.
