G morning, black ion owner here,jes wonder bout the battery comsuming of this phone. If put the phone there to stand by,the battery wont drop much, but once i surf net or play around with the phone, man,the battery jes drop too fast. I monitor the usage n find out that each percent drop within a minute if u let the screen active. For normal usage (pick up some calls, check for fb updates, minor surfing), my phone can barely stay up until bed time,n a full charge is required each day. I ve check the phone's background running apps n ensure the memory is cleared all the time + pull the screen brightness almost 0 but all those tricks didnt help any. So, dear fellow ioner, does this situation happen on ur device? Do u feel like ion's battery is jes too weak to sustain for a full day use? Even my wife's iphone 5 has better battery consumption than mine although a lot hav comments that iphone has bad battery consumption. Other than that, the device is good, jes hope that sony will solve the battery issue for the coming update release...

Got latest update? I checked from software update section but its oredi up to date...i know bigger screen,faster speed will increase the battery usage,but cant just sony engineers realize tat issue n add bigger capacity of battery?lol....short battery reli make the phone feel so inconvenient, say, charge the phone anytime when needed whenever u r charging it in ur car or using a power bank, but doing so wont make the battery life span become shorter? Since full cycle charging is not applied.

Ya,mayb i m a heavy usage user....lets jes wait for the coming release to fix this bug.btw, one more thing i realise, when we download something n would like to check the status by pulling down the notification bar rite, i notice that the downloading bar status will display unevenly, like it suppose to locate at the first item, but suddenly it jump into last row among all the notifications, n then suddenly jump back to first row....the whole situation will make that particular screen like flashing up n down inevidently until the item download is complete....why this? Another bug?
