for me i dont think it was easy to plant , it need co2 also nice temp to plant them

1st week - daily water change
2nd week - water change once every 2 days
3rd week - water change once every 3 days
4th week onwards - water change once a week

what moss is that btw? java?

CO2: yes, 1s 1 bubble, ISTA Max Mix Reactor size M. (8Hours)
Filter: Eheim 2213
Fertilizer: Seachem Flourish, 0.3ml per day.
Gravel: ADA amazonia II
Cooling: Fan (26C light off, 27.3C Light on)

My Glosso start come out some dead(yellow) leaf, is that because of the hot temperature??

Yup, that's saddle, not pregnant yet but ready to mate once it molts, pregnant shrimps (berried) will carry the eggs underneath the abdomen

Btw are you a fluval fan? haha.. would love to see if any of our kaki here buys a fluval G3 or G6  canister filter
