if your aquarium is located nearby open window or good air circulation place you can get temp at 24C with just fan. Tried before with nano setup.

yeah i put my aquarium upstairs too but nearby a window, so the temp will drop till 24C during the night and will rise back (after 12pm) 26C on a hot day. But need to top up water everyday, very troublesome.
