QUOTE(lambethwalk @ Nov 8 2013, 02:49 PM) confirm, HOLD AHHHHH!!!! remember hor... this is opinion as of today. sometimes, stock weakness can suddenly appear one... for example... Inari... And if the weakness does appear... (since nothing is ever guaranteed in stock market 1 ) must know what to do... |

QUOTE(gark @ Nov 8 2013, 10:19 PM) Valuation still intact.... hold for now. Me selling mine? You selling yours? You sure I got meh? I have refrain quite a long time disclosing what I have and what I don't have already. You know la... this is a public forum... and even if win, don't have to boast around like a d***. Hope you understand la... This is Inari chart... ![]() Some observations... I hope the comments are unbiased. 1. The upper trend line is still very much intact. 2. Weakness. This is clearly on a lot of people mind's. The stock is really lacking the oomph but it's understandable since the stock really lari up (ever since you bought 3. Why is it lacking ooomph? Compare the volume in the Oct run versus current volume. The volume is cleary on the decline. 4. Declining volume - interpretation could differ if one's perspective is different. In Inari's case, one could say the selling has dried up, ie not much people are willing to sell despite the stock is at record highs. But selling and buying goes hand in hand. For every seller, there's a buyer. So from a buying perspective, one could also argue that there is lack of people buying. Are they nervous of the prices at the highs? They scared of buying buying high and selling higher? Or are they waiting? Like waiting for earnings etc etc etc or are they nervous of the insiders dumping? 5. Except for the July/Aug correction, the stock has merely consolidated at higher prices. There's a lack of a serious correction since Oct. Now for the insider selling again. Mainly it's the warrants that they are disposing. The constant selling just makes everyone nervous. How could this stock be worth 2 bucks when the insiders are selling the warrants like kueh kapek? Hard to blame anyone if they are scared like hell to see all the constant selling. It's a horror show. On the other hand, even before the Sep/Oct run, these insiders are also selling. Some conversions of warrants into mother shares. Exactly! Warrants are hot hot in the money so why are the insiders selling? They don't know how count sum meh? Also with the conversion of warrants into mother shares, yardsticks like PER and DYield needs to be recounted and adjusted to the dilutions impact. The other argument (is it even valid?) is that perhaps the insiders view it differently. Share has really gone up like hell since a year ago. At one point, if not mistaken, the share traded as low as 315 sen. Now at 134, profit is damn sibeh song. And then there was the 1 for 4 rights issue recently. And for every rights issue subscribed, came 2 free warrants. Sometimes, people counting is funny. For them, the warrants is like free. ( They see the warrant starting price at zero... And then they see it fly and fly and fly.... Every single sen the warrant move is one sen of profit for them.... Which is why, I can understand, why they dump the warrants. But I feel the selling is situpid. Warrant is in the money. Company is doing great.. And is supposed to do even greater... So why sell those warrants? Do they insider know that maybe the earnings isn't as great as what the market thinks? Adding it up all these ingredients up, I think you get uncertainty. This makes the market nervous about the stock. Which probably explains the lack of buying interest. Which probably explains why the stock doesn't seem to have the interest to go up north of 140. Things for you to ponder.... hehe... LOL! |

QUOTE(gark @ Nov 9 2013, 10:03 AM) I am thinking that everyone is looking forward to the next Q results before making any buying or selling decisions, hence the lower volume. Also the main shareholder is now concentrating on Insas buyback instead of Inari buyback like a few months ago. Retailers being retailers, get nervous and collapse easily when there is no 'shark (in this case Inari buyback)' to support them. Institutions is out of the market as it is still an ACE stock, most institution are restricted to purchase ACE stock. I am interested to see how much Amertron actually contribute to the bottom line, and I am suspicious it might not be as good as estimated. Hehe... certain words seems to pop out..Understand that they are dumping warrants, rather than main share. Although the warrants are very much in the money, they do need conversion and conversion needs cash to do so. I am thinking the shareholder is not willing to pony up the cash for warrants since they have already done so for the rights issue. Selling warrant now is to recoup their capital from the rights issue. If I am owner, I would do that too... |

QUOTE(lambethwalk @ Nov 11 2013, 10:58 AM) thanks boon, your analysis helpful Watch the chart and not those rumours. apparently the rumour of some party buying big lots is in the industry circles, like you said YH. so yeah, i topped up even more last week.. now duno what to do. just looking at it... coz no past data to refer for chart since new high. lol For example.. that party buying big lots... if that is true... then the breakout of 67 sen is important... That alone, without the news, signals intent to take the stock higher. How high? Unchartered aresa, new highs, is always most fun. You don't have o worry like those stuff like resistance levels etc etc... Set up 'min profit' you want... and then sit and relaz as long as the stock goes up... on profit taking consolidation days... you need to observe... watch how and where the stock holds... as long as you like what you see... you stay. stock moves higher... adjust the min profit higher.. And when you finally don't like what you see... then time to take out your exit option. |
