Except Supermax and Skpress, all the rest is trading at record high PE dey...

Yeah but the growth (or you say future prospect) does not justify the PE.. to justify trading at PE 20x, means you need to grow consistently 20% a year, every single year. Can these high PE stocks achieve this?

Yes watching the market.. waiting to collect several counters at good prices... but this is still the beginning

I am surprised Inari's earnings almost all in USD also get whacked...

Already anticipate the market to be weak since 2-3 weeks ago.... hence the selling spree

Cause this counter need lots of patience one ...

6688 is potentially going to dispose off all asset, do capital repayment and delist estimated 1H2014. Maybe because the founder Tan sri has recently passed away and all the kids wants their share.

So far...

1. Agree to sell the investment bank and fund management to Affin - price not announced yet, expect 1.3x book value so RM 1,270 million
2. Recently sold off Cambodia bank to Phillips capital - USD 40 mil or RM 128 mil - deal done
3. Sold off their office tower to Putrajaya holdings for RM 82.5 mil - deal done
4. Now the only business left is the money lending business, expect RM 200 mil if they dispose off

Total 1270+128+82.5+200 = 1680.5 mil

Divide by total share outstanding potentially will be RM 5.6 -6.2 / share... but if the deal with Affin tak jadi then jialat.

I calculated 30% lar... 1/2 year ok wat.. rather than money put in FD.

Well thats the risk.. but looking at how things are going i believe they are looking to liquidate. They are selling lock stock and barrel including their Cambodian bank.

Even their office tower also sold already.. want to do what business some more?

Ya.. 27% DBS Vickers (Malaysia) and 27% via Hwang family... interestingly DBS Vickers (malaysia) is currently under liquidation...

The founder Tan Sri just pass away recently...i think the kids wanna split inheritance.

Deal with Affin is expected to complete by end 2013...

For the liquidation, capital repayment, special dividend etc etc...

I estimate best case 4 months worst case 8 months (or more)...

There is a chance that the cash CAN BE STUCK inside the company if the main shareholder choose not to distribute all...but i see it not so likely...
