For divvy counters i prefer those with growing fcf or earnings because that is where the money for dividends is coming from... laugh.gif

For earnings in downtrend it is not worth it as sooner or later they will cut the divvy...

Not really... sales revenue down, profit down although ,margin up

Most of it's export to indon, now due to fx rate, it's product is much more expensive now but better margin

Ya foundation works is linked to the overall property bullishness. This company specialize in complex foundations, which not everyone can do. So most of the jobs are large buildings, with multiple basement or complex structure.

So overall it depends if the office building/hotels/large condo building is going up or down. For now might be temporary downtrend...as property cool down.

Anyway remain to be seen.
