I prefer smaller plantations, those with cheap EV/ha, high FFB yield, high OER, good tree profile and MOST important lots of unplanted land reserves...

Once a plantation is fully planted, there is no more growth.. rolleyes.gif Planted trees gets older and produce less not more.. so unplanted reserves are extremely important irrelevant to CPO price. Even with low CPO price, more growing volume will make growing profit...wink.gif

Collecting dividend from plantation is risky due to fluctuating CPO price... better to ensure growth via more harvest.

For example TDM has one of the lowest EV/ha when i bought it.. but things now is crazy.. with PE > 25.. so i sold it. tongue.gif
