Currently you can see the stock digesting the recent gains ....
Volume isn't there...
indicating past few days buyers are willing to hold on to the stock.

Fundamental wise?
You can see improvement in quarterly earnings...
plus with company making some stock buy backs...
Not a bad choice to bet.

If your queue not go into bursa system, no matter if all the 755 get eaten up, your units also not sold. Best you call up broker to confirm.

No cannot sue CIMB.... if tomorrow become 850, then CIMB sue you? 

If sold, then sure got transaction record and removed from portfolio....
