Never forget to give tipsy ah! 

Sometimes when a stock is trending strongly, traders tend to speculate when the stock would consolidate.
Many a times, they can get it correct.
Stock does consolidates.
And they exit before it consolidates.

But in a grander scale of things...
when a stock trend strongly...
it's only natural a stock consolidates (takes a breather) to digest its recent movement...
then it resumes its up movement.

and many a times...
the stock moves up several notches higher....

and those who exited earlier ...
they regret...

Which is why...
the saying...
the big money is always in the waiting......

I know...
some thinks otherwise...
they always think it's safer ...
to take the win...
first.

Me?
I rather trade less often...
If I am in a trade, I want to trade correctly...
catching all the ups and downs in the initial stock movements is not my kopi-o.

Ok.. that's just about trading styles/strategies...

GUH .. fundamentally very solid?

Last earnings not very solid leh...

You can see the ytd earnings of 21 million is much lesser than its earnings of 28 million the previous year.
Quite a big decline in earnings.
That earnings was reported in Nov.

If you compare it to the chart, you will understand why GUH stock declined from 110+ in Oct to low 90 sen in Dec.
Decline earnings = decline in stock price.

Stock broke UP from its downtrend in early Jan 2014.
Three solid days of up movement.

If I have to guess, my guess would be the coverage on the Star newspaper was sexy enough to drive the stock higher.

You can see the stock went from 90+ sen to 110+ sen...
Recovering its previous losses.

However, since then... err... the stock has drifted lower.

And based on all these, I do not agree leh with guh being a steady stock but slow like tortoise...
It's earnings has been on a decline...
The stock up movement coincided with a sexy story posted on Star.

Please don't F.... me for giving you these straight forward opinions.. ok?



Anyway.. share market got many sharks one lor...

I try again...

I think the stock did poorly...
falling from 110+ to 90+... (this was supported by a poor earnings report)

Then... the stock did a U-turn...
moving sharply higher in early Jan 2014. (this co-incided with a sexy Star report)

Since then the stock consolidated.....
