Just wonder, is there any software or apps which can list out those oversold stocks?
No suggestion but some 3 sen opinion...
Stocks can easily be oversold for a long time and it's never easy to catch when they will rebound exactly.
And not all oversold stock will rebound and have a fairy tale ending.Example:
AirAsia. When it crashed from 290+-, it went oversold for a long time....
Hit the low of 220+- ...
Then it rebounded...
But the rebound was just to 240+-...
Since then... stock is just here and there....up and down a bit.. not going anyhere....
Would one have catch the exact bottom of AirAsia this round?
When it rebounded... how profitable was the play?
Is this good enough for you?
Is this an ideal strategy?
Or is it simply better to try to find winners?
For instance, when AirAsia was 290+ before it crashed (Oct 2013), a stock like CBIP was trading at around 280+-.
Guess the price of CBIP today?
Isn't it better and more rewarding to find winners like CBIP?
