Have you ask yourself why?

Redtone for some used to be a turnaround play in 2012.
Turnaround plays don't last forever.
Once the fever for the stock ends, the stock needs to move up the next level, which is proving itself as a good investment grade stock.
Redtone now is in the 7 consecutive quarter of earnings recovery already.
Earnings, despite increasing (ie profit up), is smallish in terms of EPS. (eps only 1.2 sen)
Which makes the stock priced 'fairly valued' at current prices.
So despite the good earnings, it is not enough to attract buyers.
This is my opinion and I could be wrong in my assessment.

Main board transfers.
I feel there is a misconception about stocks transferring to the main board.
On one hand, yes, being a main board stock, it allows more funds to invest in it.
On the other hand, it's still the same stock.
It only listed on the main board.
That's all.
I just don't think its SAFE to assume that a transfer means the share will fly upon listing on the main board.
Some do and many don't.
For example, if I recall correctly, AMedia did NOT do well upon its main board transfer.
It's like assuming all IPOs would gain upon listing.
Check past transfers.
Is there enough concrete evidence to support the theory that all main board transfers would do well?
