some ppl already know my wifi..yes, already change p/w..just incase they have password. can i block their ip to deny access?

hye there..i just get a umobile broadband 5GB data plan n today bought this TL -MR3420 to make a wifi hotspot..i also just upgrade to the latest software v2 for my router but i notice sometimes it show limited coverage to my lappy and i need to restart the router =,= what is the problem ya..sorry for asking newbie here.. and any tips to make my connection fast coz i got abit lagging when do video calling =/

can the mr3420 v2 flash to v1 firmware?
