Hi guys I just brought an TL-MR3420 V2.1, i am using E372 modem. But the router will keep disconnected and unable to reconnect back! firmware also been update to the latest one still the problem exist. Any user facing the same problems too? any solving method ?

Did you supercharge yr E372? I noticed if I tweak some NV value to too extreme value, it has the similar issue on my 3420 v1. Although it can work if direct plugin to my pc.

Nope bro, flashed back to ori fw. Open wrt seems not so smooth with 3420v2, or maybe just me. I like tomato firmware much more than open wrt/dd wrt.

I have the V1.2 and V2.1
One interesting observation I have is that using E398 a cable connection and wifi disabled, the V1 actually gives better speeds than the V2 on stock firmware

V2 wins on modem identification speed though

Hi guys anyone still remember how to set an internet connection from PC to Modem to download OpenWRT Package? I am stuck at the command that i should type in PUTTY

thats is QOS ( quality if services ) and bandwith control. Control which pc get how much maximum bandwith. it's like housemate downloading 24/7 then use this bandwith control to cap it's speed so others can enjoy the internet.
