u r right for wat u say more cores doesnt translate to better performance, for example tegra 3 is quad core but many dual core processor cn easily win it...
but both the xperia TX n nexus 4 is using the same chipset, Snapdragon S4, deswai u cn compare them core to core, n the quad core version of S4 is definitely alot faster than the dual core version, u cnt deny that, benchmark results had proven it.......
i am nt saying more cores is better, but since both of them r using the same processor but one is dual and the ohter is quad, n the price diff is oni rm200, isnt it more wise to go for the quad version? quad is definitely faster than the dual version in every aspect
TX is announced in august but yet it took them 5 months to launch the phone here, n while for technology products, especially phones, they should follow the current market price for smartphones, xperia tx cn b sold for 1.6k if its launched in august, but nt now, phone technology advance very fast n prices of phones drop every day.....
n u r calling dis the current flagship phone of sony?? dual core?? dats the problem wif sony, outdated technology n overpriced......other phonemakers all gone to quad core snapdragon s4 for their current flagship model........n yet sony is still stuck wif dual core snapdragon s4 for their current flagship model......
n nexus 4 had already launched in msia by LG for rm1799.......u cn go check it out
hmmm... i would go for sony for their screen, which is powered by mobile bravia engine...but both the xperia TX n nexus 4 is using the same chipset, Snapdragon S4, deswai u cn compare them core to core, n the quad core version of S4 is definitely alot faster than the dual core version, u cnt deny that, benchmark results had proven it.......
