First of all , I am not sure if this thing is legal or not. Secondly , this thing does not work , if you're behind a router [or a NAT..Unless your NAT runs Windows {Well , most NATs , they are on Linux , like your Routers/Wireless Routers} ] .
The script is pretty simple , it uses XP Dialer to dial to streamyx via your ADSL Modem . Then it checks if the IP matches 218.208 or not [Notice : It should include 218.111 IPs as well , since those IPs are are within the range] (You could just replace 218.111 with 218.208 , in fact you can change with any IP Addy you like)
Hammering the B-RAS is not a good idea Either...So again..Just dont blame anyone , if TMNET ever finds out about this
