218.111.*.* does seem to be stabler and more responsive...
but downloading thru torrents is still the same... i only managed to break 70kbps once last nite... whole of today is below 40kbps... which sucks.... used to be able to break 90kbps easy with 2 torrents with good seeders.. |

i've been on the 218.111.*.* ip for 5 days...
before that i've been reconnecting for ages.. b4 getting this ip... |
