I think the 218 = high speed connection thing is a myth; 218.208.xx.xx is every bit as slow as 219.95.xx.xx. From my experience, using 219.94 will get me 100+ kbps speeds off rapidshare, while 218.208 and 219.95 will get me less than 10kbps. I'm not entirely sure that 218.111 is faster/slower than 219.94 though, I rarely ever get 218.111.xx.xx IPs.

219.94 is the fastest for me >_> faster than 218.111 even
