i got 218.208.xxx.xxx by chance few days ago, no using script.. i gotta say, compare to 219.xxs, the 218 one is alot better.. it doesn't increase in speed, but the packet loss is alot less.. for some reason, alot of times when my BT downloads.. the downloaded files is always alot bigger then the actual downloaded files.. this is probably the reason why.

Sometimes i downloaded 5x the amount of data then the actual BT size is before i consider it completed..

getting very stable good speeds now, 1M package at 50kb/s or so..first time i'm getting such good speeds since this happened
