Wanna ask sifu about lenovo flex 14..is the RAM really soldered? Crucial.com says it can be upgraded, and somehow back cover can be opened..

Want to ask about flex 2 14. How to upgrade Ram and hdd? Do I need to pull off the keyboard first or not?
