Well, the good news is that PES and FM13 are very very low demanding in terms of graphics
You can actually save a lot of money here if you want

* All these are actually way, way more than what you are asking for (in terms of gaming )
*use the remaining money to upgrade RAM to 8GB, and extend warranty to 3 years

Lenovo's warranty service is not as good as Dell's~
Dell offers on-site warranty where they will send technicians over to your place within 1-2 business days after remote diagnosis to fix your notebook on the spot.. that will save you quite a lot of time for needing to send the notebook to service centers by yourself... and of course there's the long wait of up to 2 months for your notebook to be repaired 

Definitely wait, new models come out all the time
Technology changes very rapidly.. the best notebook now will inevitably be replaced by something better~
