Usually people running AutoCad and 3D modelling stuffs would prefer 15" notebooks because of the FullHD screen (larger workspace)...

The 14R SE has Skullcandy speakers, not exactly the best of its class, but still better than those with non-branded speakers 

Asus notebooks come with international warranty (2 years), but the local warranty support is pretty bad.
Lenovo offers regional warranty service (2 years for certain models)... local warranty should be average.
Dell, if you opt for 3 years warranty, it will automatically become international

Autocad - primary requirement is the CPU, get i7 if you can. If you do 3D modeling, then GPU come into play. If you do heavy 3D modeling, then obviously Nvidia discrete GPU is better than Intel HD 4000.

Yes you may still claim warranty in Indonesia, but Lenovo Indonesia may not has all the necessary spare parts and you may have to wait for spare parts if you claim warranty.

Closest I would think would be Z570/575, which were the models replaced by Z580. But I find it strange that you said none of the Zx80 was launched in Indonesia yet, since they has been in Malaysia for > 6 mths (iirc)  and they are the 3rd gen i core (ivy bridge) specs for Z series (Zx70 were sandy bridge).
