Preferred Brand : im ok with any popular brands, such as acer, dell, asus, toshiba, etc.
Budget : rm 2k-3k
Usage : daily uses and some gaming such as dota 2 or other game around that level.
Preferred laptop/screen size : preferred 14 inch, wont go for 15+ inch

currently i have my eyes set on:
Acer m5 481tg-6814 (cant seem to find it anywhere in malaysia, clue guys?) or
Asus S46CM-WX023V

im looking ultrabook /light weight laptop easy to carry (around 2kg) and something around my budget price, processor i5/i7, including 4gb/6gb ram, dedicated GPU, and if possible, newer and better specification than the 2 i have my eyes set on. so many thanks for help!

Anyway, ultrabook with most powerful GPU are those models that you listed.

S46CM-WX023V, i5-3317U + Nvidia GT635M + 24GB mSATA + 500GB HDD@RM2399[2kg], 4GB, W7HP (you may not find stock easily).

RAM, you could upgrade easily (4G stick ~ RM80). Ultrabook at this level still have the necessary RAM slots for upgrade.
Price is RSP, negotiable.

however, i find that the difference in price between acer and asus brand are quite wide. may i know why is that?
