Hi, any recommendation for laptop with such spec?

1. Preferred Brand: avoiding acer and hp
2. Budget: rm2300 maximum
3. Usage: for college use, long hour reading and documenting, light gaming, some programming, usual stuff like surfing, listening to song, watch movies
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: 14"
5. Processors: I5 and above
6. Preferred battery life: 6-cell, or at least 5 hours

anything lightweight will be a plus. but i can compromise on this part if none. tongue.gif Thank you!

That one is pretty much the only ultrabook with optical drive brows.gif
And bargain abit to make it Rm2300, shouldn't be too much of a problem laugh.gif
There are cheaper variants of the S/K46, but this one comes with mSATA SSD, so its more worth it  nod.gif

Just go for it~

The Inspiron 14R SE is not exactly an ultrabook, hence it is not light.. but it is a powerhouse though, offering very decent CPU and GPU performance (much better than the Asus's)... but as a compromise, you get much shorter battery lives... perhaps only around 4 hours with WiFi and surfing even if its a 6-cell battery hmm.gif

like i said before i can compromise with the weight and i'm not looking for ultrabook.
i prefer reliable and sturdy instead.
if there are other suggestion please let me know.
Other model from Dell perhaps?

Thank you so much. biggrin.gif
