Hi,
MBP couldn't boot at all all of sudden. I tried to create a bootable flash drive for installation. I know how to do this using Mac OS. But now since I couldn't boot it, my only choice is to create a Mac-bootable drive using windows.

Anyone knows if it's possible to create MAC OS EXTENDED (journaled) format using windows?
Or is there any other way around? Let me know thanksĀ

PS I have snow leopard ISO on my windows laptop... Lost my dvd..... And no DVD Burner

You could use a USB drive.

Try TransMac and format the USB with the SL ISO disk image
