i myself eat oats+banana/raisins or wholemeal bread + peanut butter . what about you guys ?

Actually I workout between breakfast and lunch, so usually high carb stuff. Like potatoes, french toast, some noodles, pasta, and also eggs. Oooh and coffee, cannot leave out coffee, unless we've run out. Just one mug, and with very little sugar (a teaspoon or less just to control the bitterness).

EDIT: I think I'm gonna lay off the caffeine for a bit. I think I depend on it too much to get "motivated". sweat.gif Found out this week (I'm trying a break from coffee) that I take more time to rest between sets because I just don't feel like it. It's not a problem, I don't think so. But I don't like it that I feel the need to have something to perform. I want to be able to perform under any circumstances, like before. smile.gif

Try this for all you oatmeal fans.

Oats (Instant quaker oats will do) + Milk powder + One tbspoon Peanut Butter + Hot Water.

add 1 tbspoon Honey.

Taste = Awesome. smile.gif

for me...oats + 5 eggs + some chicken + some rice/bread Pre -pre workout (2 hours before w/o)...
Pre workout...1/2 hour before = Double Espresso!!
