Whatever the heck I feel like.
Actually I workout between breakfast and lunch, so usually high carb stuff. Like potatoes, french toast, some noodles, pasta, and also eggs. Oooh and coffee, cannot leave out coffee, unless we've run out. Just one mug, and with very little sugar (a teaspoon or less just to control the bitterness). Try this for all you oatmeal fans.
Oats (Instant quaker oats will do) + Milk powder + One tbspoon Peanut Butter + Hot Water. add 1 tbspoon Honey. Taste = Awesome. |
