Hi all, sorry for asking a noob question again.
In AOKP JB 4.2, there are 2 statusbar toggles, which is 2G and LTE.
Which one represent the mobile data ? I turned on both, but the icon at mobile data still shown as off. Anyone can enlighten me ? Thanks !

my guess is 2g toggle will FORCE the phone enter 2g mode (safe power)
and when toggled LTE, it will FORCE 3g (since no LTE in our phones) and uses more power
if both off means it will be controlled automatically by the rom, as in the *#*#45636#*#* settings.

to toggle internet data, it will be the data toggle.
*
I see, but there is no data toggle in AOKP JB 4.2. Too bad.
Thanks for your reply ! rclxm9.gif

cant really help cuz im still on 4.1 doh.gif

There is no toggle name 'Mobile Data' or 'Data'.
Toggle 'Signal' represent the mobile data, as what mentioned by bugb34r and jacktay94.

QUOTE(bugb34r @ Jan 6 2013, 12:00 AM)
There is actually. Tick Signal.
*
Yea, didn't realise that. Thanks ! smile.gif

QUOTE(jacktay94 @ Jan 6 2013, 12:00 AM)
its the signal bars. click on that. it will toggle data. smile.gif
Yup, thanks to you too ! smile.gif
But the signal toggle looks not so good, there is no changes to the toggle icon when you turn on or off the toggle.
You wouldn't know whether your mobile data is on or off at the first glance on toggle icon. rclxub.gif

YooBao still my recommendation. Maybe you can find cheaper Power Bank at those groupon discount site, their power bank is much cheaper, but I'm not sure about the warranty and is it original or what...

Here is the YooBao in Lowyat forum that I highly recommend.

Hi all, anyone here can share their battery life with AOKP JB 4.2? I found that it is not that good compare to my previous Slimbean 4.1.2. Is it because of ROM or Android version?

Hi all, want to ask your opinion on the battery life based on below screenshot. Is that normal? I'm on AOKP JB 4.2. Doesn't looks good for me.

Wifi on for almost all the times, didn't test on 3g yet.
To test the on screen time, i 'spent' few hours to play games + browsing using wifi. sweat.gif

I see. I just flashed to Slimbean 4.2.1 beta 1, kernel lean 5.5.1 exp 230. I noticed I don't have the option to customize the nav ring and also no option for performance tweak. Do you have the options? And no developer option too.

why flash beta 1 when beta 2 is out?

nav ring and performance tweak beta 2 got , beta 1 i don rmb have or not..

developer option in 4.2.1 is tap 7 time in the build number
*
I see, then nvm la, will stick to beta 1 first. Monitor the performance for few days first. whistling.gif
I flashed beta 1 because I'm a little bit lazy to flash again if beta 2 got 'problem'. tongue.gif
Thanks for your info !

EDITED: The performance tweak option is available after I enabled the developer options, that's make sense. rclxub.gif
