guys need help

i always have problems during calls whenever the signal is EDGE or below.dropped calls,intermittent lags,and most of the time i can hear the caller but they cant hear me.at best it's always a second lag after the call before they can actually hear me

no problem if its full signal with 3G.anyone else has similar problems?
