Thanks for the correction.
Current billed amount = Amount to pay this month
Unbilled amount = Amount to pay this month + ongoing amount to pay for next month
You are right christcwl9 on the current billed amount.Current billed amount = Amount to pay this month
Unbilled amount = Amount to pay this month + ongoing amount to pay for next month
I want to add some info on the unbilled amount..unbill amount doesn't not necessarily meant amount to be paid next month..i think the correct definition would be "current usage consists of calls, smss, mmss, data BEFORE compressions/reconciliations like rebates(especially data)..for now,i'm not in the mood to explain in detail, but that's the truth based on my experience and talking to some knowledgable Maxis CS..the point is,unbill is not accurate and not important (at least for users)..just wait until the amount has been billed. My billing date is at every 21st monthly..as of today my unbill is RM 22.35 (and thats the normal amount every month when i checked thru *100#).. but the actual amount (which i always know) is 155(ivalue 2)+18(broadband 1gb)+any additional quota upgrade i subscribe + 6% gst
