Is it true that there'll be no more extra charge, only reduced speed, once u finish ur quota for the month? I'm on the iData 2GB plan.

Hi, does anyone think that maxis would replace my iPhone 4S (2yr contract) for free coz I accidentally dropped a 30kg dumbbell on it just now? :'( LCD display cracked & totally black now though the phone is still working fine.
