Hi i have few questions here,

1. I am on iValue plan RM100 monthly, if i exceeded the 2GB quota will they charge me after the 2GB or reduce my speed ?

2. My iphone 5 speaker just went busted, i applied my Glass.TR screen protector 3 months ago, i am sure it's a hardware issue, but will i get back my phone as well my screen protector ? Or my whole thing will just be gone ?
