Hi guys, I'm going to switch my DiGi postpaid to Maxis now due to the DiGi line not stable for me. Before I switch I need to confirm something:
1) Does the Maxis now provide no extra charge for overload the quota?
2) iPhone 5 can use which plan ? I saw in the Maxis store have few types and I'm interested for TalkMore48 and SurfMore50.
3) If anyone using either one of the plan, can you share the bills payment? Like do maxis simply charge? Previously got this issue, for now I'm not sure.
4) TalkMore48 package doesn't provide free usage? If yes, cancel that I'm not going to choose then.
Thank for helps smile.gif

1. No overcharge, yea

2. Surfmore must buy outright. If buy with contract, it's either Talkmore 78 or iValue 1,2,3 so on

3. Monitor your bills and dispute if you find any discrepancy. Digi also sometimes overcharge one.

4. See Maxis website. All stated clearly.

Hi all,

Guys, I would like to ask , right now, I am Maxis principle line (with value plus internet 80) plan, my gf is under supplementary line with me.
Currently, We enjoy family bundle (free call 900 mins & 1500 SMS) between both of us.

Let say, she plan to sign up Iphone 5 Ivalue simple plan (50/month) and use same phone number & still under supplementary line.

Does it mean we still can enjoy the (free call 900 mins & 1500 SMS) ?? She seldom call to other operator

Any idea ? please advise

Plan to get Iphone 5 today:)

Go to Maxis and change it?

No harm tell them you are no longer with the company and I am sure they won't mind moving you out to a normal package.

Can. Digi contract must end before you can take surfmore.

iPhone iValue package cannot be sub-line, if i am not mistaken.

And Maxis usually have free calls and sms from principal to supplementary and vice versa. Don't think there's any change to this.

You could actually call 123 and ask, right?

Hi chiahau,

I still new to Maxis plan (Ex-dg here) smile.gif
Anyhow, I will go to Maxis Center and re-confirm.
Hopefully, it's still valid under Iphone 5 Ivalue plan for free call & SMS (Main-Supp Line)
Thanks for your reply.

Happy Holiday biggrin.gif

Main line to Supplementary line is definitely there.

The main question is, whether the iValue plans can be subline or not, actually.

Depends on how lucky you are and how severe is your problem.

Some got their replacement in 7-14 working days.

I think multisim is supported for all users. I myself inquired this at 123 for my personal line use.
Having said that, data can only be enabled for one simcard according to the operator. So I might be talking about a different plan from yours.

I can't seem to select iValue Simple from their website anymore. Was that suppose to be a limited offer thingy?

Call maxis and find out.

If it's your 1st month, it's pro-rated.

If not, call em and clarify.

I'm sure they won't mind.
