Yea, MOC member can get the phone Cheaper but not on all plans, just the plan they assign. If i am not mistaken, for iphone 5, MOC member is given offer for iValue 2 and not iValue 1

Basket .. The maxis center ppl never say anything bout offer for Ivalue 2 also.. Some more only when I say I'm moc member shouldn't I get a waiver in advancement.. Then they go "oh oh" ... Damn sneaky these maxis worker nowadays .. Left quite disappointed tbh.. If not cos of their consistent 3G service I would have jumped to Celcom already

Agree with you bro. Maxis Staffs nowadays, or should i say all these big company, they seems like loosen their requirement for new staffs or trying to save more money by giving less training to them. BEcause i feel like staffs nowadays like not very know about what they are going to do.

I called Maxis to ask them regarding the Free 300mb data because i signed up using the RM200 rebate, it took me to call for 3 times before i can get a satisfied answer. The first 2 staffs are just saying, let me check for you and then bla bla bla ..

Yeah .. A lot of them dunno the plans they are selling.. Kinda disappointing .. I get different answer everywhere I ask which is .. The other day sth even more shocking happened.. I was at a meeting n when I came out I saw few miss call from a number.. Then I called back just to find out its from a bank.. Then the girl fom the bank shot at me "I call u so many times why u never picked up?" Zzzz even gf also don't say that.. Customer service nowadays...

yeah! Same case with Machines, they don't really troubleshoot if got problem. Straight ask you go service centre. What if people go all the way to there and then only minor problem which can be solve by the staff.

Hi, finally signed up for surf more 50 plan for my i5.
Here's what I noticed:
- didn't get full bars signal. Usually 3-4 bars. On my old nokia hp, I get full bars signal for maxis hotlink.
- no lte at home. But work place should have. Will test it out soon. I did get lte at ss14 area. So I know it works.
- plan to monitor my usage coz don't want any unwanted charges (ex: itemized paper billing, phone calls, SMS)

So far so good. No issues with maxis cs as of now.

It is widely known that iPhone 5 has weaker 3G signal compared to other smartphone My N8 got full bar 3G whereas my iPhone 5 stucked at 3/4 bars -.-

Noted. I was using umobile prepaid and I had full bars then. I switched coz of lte and needed more data. Anyway, it doesn't seem to be a hindrance so i guess it's ok.

I am not sure about it. I was told that this service is only available in KL area. You can download an app called Maxis Wifi for the exact location of it.

I think it is some thing like the TM Wifi, where you have to log in in order to use it?

Unbilled amount is your last month's bill or summation of all your past months bill in which you have yet to pay Maxis.

Current billed amount is the amount of money you are using currently, means up to the date you check, means your this month bill
