I don't think you can jump to other android plan with contract extension... You need to either buy the phone outright yourself or wait the contract expired and sign the new plan u want...

Contract extension only valid for I value plan switch to ivalue plan...

i am using celcom now but before port to celcom,i am using ivalue 1 plan for more than a year and now i am interested to get iphone5 with maxis..from what i read on maxis website it says that advanced payment is waived if you are existing maxis postpaid customer,so am i still eligible?

you're not an existing customer if you're using celcom now.
therefore you're not entitled for waived advance payment

i wanna ask,if i want to sign up iphone 5 iValue 1,total is rm1999 means all i need to pay is rm1999 right?or got other payment?..and i'm hotlink user,will they give me a new sim card for postpaid or i need to change by myself?

well, i switched from hotlink to maxis too... new sim will be provided when you switch, and if you tell them you need nano sim, RM20 will be charged on your first bill.

well i think the 1999 is already inclusive of the RM300 advanced payment depending on your contract.... 12/24 month because i saw no iphones priced at 1999.

so i assume yours is iPhone 5 16GB (RM1699) + 12-month contract (adv pymt RM300)??
