Let say if i bought ip5 from apple store, then i want to subscribe to ivalue simple. Is it possible?

Hi I'm new to maxis postpaid plan. Have been using Hotlink for many years. I'm interested in the ivalue simple plan coz I don't really use much credit to call or text, just for data plan. I would like to ask how much I have to pay a month if I choose the iPhone 5 16gb plan? Kinda blur on this. Thanks.

Guys, any idea how long will Maxis to repair the unit if send for warranty at Maxis KLCC? Coz my iPhone 5 got auto-restart problem lately.
